🌈CUSTOMER QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q1:Do they work on short or layered hair? A1:I have shoulder-length and layered hair, and it works with some effort. First, pull your hair together to a ponyhair, sandwich your hair halfway with the two parts, roll upwards to the base of the ponytail and bend to connect the two ends. Make sure your fine hair is hidden in the bun. It's more complicated than long hair but still easy to do. By Eric Albert on August 28, 2019
Q2:My hair is shoulder length is that long enough
A2:My hair is just below the shoulder but layered and I'm not able to get my hair in a bun. If it was level, I don't think it'd be a problem. By Soheli Akter Hira on January 20, 2019
Q3:How do you get it to stay up? When I roll it and let go it flops over. A3:If it “flops”, you’ve done it wrong. Sorry. No politer way to put that. It isn’t the tool. It is your technique. If you are rolling your hair *up*, the ends need to curl *down* when you snap the tool closed. Reversely, if you are rolling your hair down, the ends need to curl *up*. This will use your hair to keep the tool tight against your scalp. By CoyoteS550 on January 6, 2019
